Now I do not consider myself a bad mum, however, there are some areas of parenting that, well, I just have never overly cared about! Of course this doesn’t involve the loving and fun aspect (I think I am fairly great at these bits!!) but the dreaded name tags and sticking labels on “all” items of clothing when the kids start school!
In fact if I am honest, now he is 8 I often haven’t bothered, not because I shouldn’t, as we have lost loads of clothes, but I just have left it till last minute, or I would rather drink a glass of wine!
Important things, like school jumpers though of course I have to do, as they are all the same. I am fairly embarrassed now I have come across a company called My Name Tags though as prior to this I have used Sharpies! Now this is certainly not a negative blog about Sharpies I still think they are great. However, probably not the best thing to use on school clothes labels!
Here is an example of one of Freddie’s school jumpers with Sharpies. This is nothing to do with poor camera lighting, you really have to have great eyesight to see that it actually says his name!
Now see the transformation with these amazing stickers!!!
Now how easy was that!!!
There are loads of different designs of these name tags, I opted for an orange colour, as it is Freddie’s favourite colour, and I thought having my phone number on would be a great idea if he got lost. Now of course you don’t have to put your phone number on, you can add pictures and all sorts. The options are endless.
These cost £11.95 plus £1 delivery for 56 personalised colour stickers which I have to say would be well worth the money.
Now the good news for you……
I am running a competition to win a set of these personalised stickers. All you need to do is click on these links and enter via social media. There will be one winner who will be selected from all social media channels.
This is only open to the UK, and all entries will be combined and one winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be selected on 14th January 2018 at midnight.
I was sent these name tags for free of charge for an honest review.
**UPDATE** This competition is now closed and Beth Bowdler from Twitter was the lucky winner.
